Social Media Specialist
Own social media across three growing brands — turn campaigns into platform-ready content, engage communities, test what works, and improve performance at scale.
Description
Are you a B2B social media expert who knows how to elevate content, improve performance, and execute at scale?
Rankings.io is growing quickly, expanding its brands, capabilities, and reach. We’re building the marketing team to support the next stage of that growth.
We’re hiring a Social Media Specialist who knows how to turn strategy into consistent execution. This role is ideal for someone who can manage a high volume of social activity, keep multiple brands organized, test what works, and use performance signals to continuously improve.
You’ll support three connected brands:
Rankings.io, a leading legal marketing agency
Personal Injury Mastermind, including PIM and PIMCON
Chris Dreyer Co., our founder and executive brand
You’ll partner closely with the Social Media Manager, who leads strategy, creative direction, reporting, and stakeholder relationships. Your role is to bring those strategies and integrated campaigns to life across social channels.
Content creation is part of the job, but the role goes well beyond creating posts. You must also be able to manage the day-to-day social media engine: publishing at volume, adapting content for each platform, engaging audiences, identifying what performs, and keeping execution moving.

Share actionable observations with the Social Media Manager and broader marketing team
Stay current on platform changes, emerging formats, and audience behaviors
